POTSDAM – A 5k for Peace runs Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 2:30 pm. in honor of International Peace Day, sponsored by the Potsdam Model United Nations Club.
It will start at Stevie’s Trail at Potsdam High School.
All Potsdam athletic teams, clubs, students, faculty and interested members of the community are encouraged to participate.
Minimum donation is $1, and additional donations are welcome.
Proceeds go to the Amala Foundation, an international humanitarian service organization that promotes peace on a local and a global scale.
