This position includes: (1) responsibility for managing all budgetary and purchasing activities associated with several separate ISE budgets, including year-end budget projections; (2) overseeing undergraduate hourly employees of the ISE, including E-time employee time sheets, assigning work tasks, and training student workers; (3) organizing and reviewing communications for ISE affiliated faculty and students, including weekly newsletter and the /ISE and /green web sites; (4) organizing ISE events, including scheduling, marketing, and coordination with offices across campus (and beyond). The Administrative Coordinator also provides support to ISE/Centers faculty, facilitates the development and implementation of research programs across the units, and other high-level duties not assigned to the administrative assistants. Minimum qualifications include Associates Degree in Business with previous experience. At least 5 years of progressive office experience, Intermediate skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, and Prior experience and understanding of budget management and accounting principles.
