OGDENSBURG -- The Wishing Wells Motel celebrated a grand opening under new ownership Monday.
The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce joined new owners Tim and Katie Wells Lalonde at 1200 New York Ave. to mark the event.
The motel was built in 1987 by Lorraine and Everett Wells. Their daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Terry Farrell owned the motel from 1995 to 2014.
Tim and Katie Wells Lalonde bought the motel in Oct. 2014. Katie is the granddaughter of Lorraine and Everett Wells.
The Wishing Wells Motel is open daily from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m.
