GOUVERNEUR – A Gouverneur roofing company has been award a $1.78 million bid to perform construction at the Gouverneur Correctional Facility, according to the state Office of General Services.
RSI Roofing, Inc., came in with the low bid of $1,786,873, and will be awarded the job following review and approval by the state Comptroller's Office, the OGS reports.
Under the bid, they will replace the standing seam metal and ethylene propylene diene monomer roofs Phase II-Building Nos. 1-11, 20, 21, 24 and 25 at the facility.
