POTSDAM – A workshop on social media for business is set for 6 to 8 p.m. April 27 at the Potsdam Computer Center in the basement of the Potsdam Public Library.
The session, sponsored by the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce, will focus on strategy and trends in using social media to build brand awareness, customer service, lead generation, and community building.
The sessionn will concentrate on Facebook with a look at Google Places and FourSquare.
