BRIER HILL -- Benjamin VanDamme of Brier Hill has opened NCBS, a small business development company that helps small business owners with bookkeeping services, inventory control including a loss prevention program, payroll training, and marketing program training.
The company will be conducting seminars on these topics throughout the North Country.
NCBS recently appointed Donald Frost as vice president of operations. Frost, a graduate of Hammond Central School, is 19 and has a three course business major. Frost is an active firefighter with Hammond Fire and Rescue. NCBS also named Frost as head of all regional sales.
