CANTON -- The SUNY Canton Small Business Development Center (SBDC) has temporarily relocated operations within the offices of the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency (IDA), due to the suspension of classes at SUNY Canton after a fire Friday.
"I would like to thank IDA for their quick action in securing space so that the SUNY Canton SBDC can continue to serve the small businesses of the county with minimal interruption," said SBDC Director Dale Rice.
Any clients who have scheduled meetings with the SBDC staff in the coming days should keep their appointments at the IDA offices in the St. Lawrence County Human Services Building at 80 State Highway 310, Suite 6, Canton.

SBDC clients who already have an advisor assigned to them may use that advisor's email to contact them directly.
The SBDC helps business owners with free counseling on a wide range of management and technical issues. This includes helping start-ups develop a business plan, assisting existing businesses prepare to expand, and offering resources for industry-specific topics.
