MASSENA -- St. Lawrence Centre has announced a new and expanded Shoe Dept. Encore store, which will relocate to the former 12,162 square foot Hacketts location.
Here, the current Shoe Dept. will expand with 4,214 square foot of additional retail, immensely expanding their shoe inventory.
Shoe Show Inc., the parent company, will take possession of the new space Dec. 1, with a projected opening in early 2013.
“This is Shoe Dept.’s second expansion in our center, and we are very excited about it. In 2008, they expanded from 5,546 square. feet to 7,948 square. fooot. with a new Jr. Dept.
The expansion of Encore will now provide 12,162 square foot. of retail space. It’s my understanding that St. Lawrence Centre will now have the largest shoe store in northern New York.” said Ronald Patnode, Marketing/Specialty Leasing Manager for St. Lawrence Centre.
