OGDENSBURG -- The Frederic Remington Art Museum, 303 Washington St., recently received a $500 in support of education at the Eva Caten Remington Education Center.
The cash will be used in a variety of education programs at the museum.
The museum’s new education specialist, Laura Desmond, has introduced an adult art class featuring instructors using traditional media. She has expanded the Remington Painting and Drawing Circle to two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to noon, and will host middle school and high school art clubs.
The cash came from Seacomm.
