POTSDAM -- Trillium Wellness Center is open at its new location, 42 1/2 Elm St., in part of the Community Center of First Presbyterian Church.
The new center has a large yoga room and four consulting “Healing Arts” rooms.
Trillium offers yoga and meditation classes, for students of all ability levels.
The center is the Potsdam home of North Country Tai Chi with teacher Sean Boutin. Wellness services include therapeutic massage with Clara Fargo, reiki and spiritual counseling with Jenna Joya Blondel, nutrition counseling with dietician Maggie Maguire, counseling with and medical yoga therapy with Terry de la Vega.

The center is putting the finishing touches on the new space and plans a grand opening later in the fall.
