POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for its Business of the Year Award.
The award is presented to a Potsdam business that has made improvements that enhance the community, increased in the volume of economic activity, produced growth in employment levels, or has excelled in customer service.
Nominations should include the nominee’s contact information and the reasons for the nomination.
Chamber Executive Director Marylee Ballou said that additional letters of support or other support materials are encouraged so the board has a fuller picture of the business’s attributes.
Nominations can be sent to Potsdam Chamber, P.O. Box 717, Potsdam, NY, 13676, emailed to potsdam@slic.com, or dropped off at the chamber office at 24 Market St.
Nominations will be reviewed by the chamber board at their April meeting.
The chamber will present this honor at its spring luncheon May 9 at the Potsdam Town and Country Club.
