Such efforts may be voluntary or professional, individual or collective. Any individual or organization that exemplifies any or all of these criteria can be nominated.
You may nominate a community member or organization by picking up a form at the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce office, 1 Market St., until Sept. 27 and at 24 Market St. thereafter, from 9:30-4:30 daily, or by requesting a form via fax or email at potsdam@slic.com.
Additional letters of support, testimonials, press clippings, and other support materials are encouraged and welcome.
Completed forms may be faxed to 274-9222, or mailed to the Potsdam Chamber, PO Box 717, Potsdam, NY 13676. The deadline for nominations is 4 p.m. on Tuesday Oct. 12.
