POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce will host its second "Food Crawl" event of the year Thursday, April 30, from 4:30 to 7 p.m.

This month the theme is "All American Fare."

Prior to the start of the food crawl at 5:30 p.m., participants are invited to arrive between 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the 1/2 Ton's Bar & Grill for a happy hour mixer. They will have some drink specials and tasting food to sample.

The “crawlers” will then move to Arby’s to taste some favorites- turkey clubs, their returning house made chips, and new Boylan Bottled Soda. The final stop will be Market Lanes Bowling Alley to taste some great appetizers; unique fried green beans, poppers, and cheesy fries. They will also have chicken parm and bbq/saucy buffalo sandwich samples.

“The crawls are designed to get people out and enjoying the wonderful food offerings that we have in Potsdam. We hope people will discover some place new or discover something new about their favorite places. The event also encourages networking in a relaxing social atmosphere,” said Marylee Ballou, executive director of the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce.
