CANTON – The BirchBark Bookshop is sprouting a third branch in Canton.
Originator and owner Tim Strong has opened a new shop at the Canton Flea Market between Fashion Kraze and Dollar General in the University Shopping Plaza, East Main Street.
Strong says there are about 10,000 books to browse through and choose from there.
This is in addition to the original shop on Ashton Road in Parishville Center and the shop upstairs at Evans & White Hardware on Maple Street in Potsdam.
The new Canton shop will be open Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday noon to 5 p.m.
