OGDENSBURG -- Two people are charged with a felony for allegedly burglarizing a bar last week.
On Thursday, city police detectives arrested Louis R. Laflair, 37, of 11567 County Rte. 4 and Jason M. Gilmour, 40, of 431 Belmont Courts, charging them with one count each of third-degree burglary.
Det. David Layng said police responded to Vinn’s Tavern, 627 Proctor Ave., at 7:18 a.m. June 12. The business had been forcibly entered and alcohol and cash was stolen, Layng said.
The investigation lead to a search warrant being executed at Gilmour’s address, police said.
Laflair and Gilmour are being held awaiting arraignment, Layng said.
