POTSDAM – This year’s North Country Technology Symposium is inviting proposals from individuals interested in presenting experiences, ideas and information with colleagues about information technology (IT).
The symposium offers an opportunity for people in this region to share and learn from one another on topics critical to the successful adoption of IT.
Last year’s event yielded 31 presenters speaking to 200 attendees on a variety of popular topics including email archiving, mobile apps, social networking, web design, I.T. finance and budgeting, telemedicine, electronic medical records, and cloud computing.
Presentations are 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of questions and answers. Panel discussions are welcome.
All presenters attend the symposium for free.
To submit a presentation idea, complete the brief “Call for Presentations” form on the North Country Technology Symposium’s webpage, www.co.st-lawrence.ny.us/NCTechSymposium.
The deadline for submissions is Feb. 27.
The symposium will be held May 23 in Potsdam.
