St. Lawrence County saw no change in the number of non-farm jobs in September compared to the same time last year, according to the Department of Labor.
According to the latest report St. Lawrence County had 38,700 non-farm jobs, the same as in September 2016.
Statewide the number of non-farm jobs rose from 9.4 to 9.5 million.
In Jefferson County non-farm jobs rose climbed by about 600 from 43,000 to 43,600. In Franklin County non-farm jobs rose 200 from 18,800 to 19,000.
