MASSENA -- Mad Joe's RC Raceway has opened in the St. Lawrence Centre Mall.
The track is located between JCP and Olympia, in the former Hallmark store.
The track is open Thursday nights starting at 4 p.m. and Saturdays starting at 10 a.m. There's no charge for spectators.
A fast paced group can turn up to 60 laps in a 4 minute round.
