OGDENSBURG – A local brokerage firm has increased the space it leases in the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority’s industrial park.
A new multi-year lease agreement brings the total space leased by broker Strader-Ferris to nearly 21,000 square feet
“The OBPA has worked with us to meet expanding and changing needs as we have continued to experience steady growth year over year” said Mike Ferris of Strader-Ferris International, "We have been a tenant for over a decade and the fact that the current deal will take us well past 20 years as a tenant speaks a lot about our partnership with the OBPA."
The Authority’s Executive Director, Wade A. Davis said “The expansion of Strader-Ferris brokerage services is another nice addition for the business community.”
