Paula M. Youmell is a certified as a holistic health and nutrition coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in Manhattan. She draws on her education and experience as a registered nurse, a state-licensed health and physical education teacher, herbalist, adult fitness trainer, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner.
Youmell’s service works through “lifestyle coaching” to assist clients in discovering the underlying causes of health problems and then making healthy changes to prevent and heal disease.
