MASSENA -- Frenchie's Chevrolet has received GM’s "Mark Of Excellence Award."
The award is presented to “its finest dealers who have committed themselves to unsurpassed performance and customer satisfaction,” according to a release from the company.
"It's truly the ultimate report card for customer satisfaction given by General Motors," Frenchie's Chevrolet President Real "Frenchie" Coupal said in a prepared statement. "We have always worked hard to meet the customer's expectations". "Frenchie went on to say that without a report card we wouldn't have anything to gage ourselves by to meet our goal of complete customer satisfaction. He also added that it's a total team effort.
Frenchie's Chevrolet has been a past recipient of this award, receiving it in 2003, 2005, 2010, 2011.
GM District Sales Manager Harsha Haram and District Service Manager Mike Guffey were on hand to make the presentation to Frenchie's.
