Other class dates are scheduled for Feb. 21, March 28 and April 18.
The classes explore herbal approaches to health and wellness. Classes consist of lectures, group discussions and herbal medicine-making demonstrations. Participants will take home an herbal preparation related to each class topic.

The class will discuss traditional Chinese medicine concepts of Qi and Wei Qi, as well as Ayurveda's tridosha approach to constitution. There will be samples of herbs.
“The Bitter Truth, Herbal Approaches to Digestion” will be discussed in February. “Have a Heart Herbal Approaches to Cardiovascular Health,” is the topic in March and “Spring Cleaning Alteratives and Herbal Approaches to Liver Health” will be discussed in April.
