OSWEGATCHIE — A Colton man was charged May 2 stemming from an order of protection violation on Feb. 17, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Deputies said they charged 26-year old Elijah A. Morrow, 26, with first-degree criminal contempt, felony, after allegedly leaving a voicemail on a victim’s phone when there was a no contact order of protection in place.
Morrow was remanded to St. Lawrence County jail following arraignment in Hermon court, officers said.
